Eric Prydz - Niton (The Reason)

Eric Prydz is one of the few dance artists circa 2010/11 who combine critical and commercial acclaim. 'Niton (The Reason)' is bearing all the hallmarks of becoming his 4th UK hit, having grown from an underground instrumental smash into one of 2010's biggest supremely uplifting club anthems featuring the vocals of Jan Burton. The track has been a Zane Lowe 'Hottest Record In The World', a Cool Cuts No.1, Essential New Tune for Pete Tong, and been championed by Annie Mac, Scott Mills, Vernon Kay, and many more.

Eric Prydz stands alone in his ability to mix commercial success with underground credibility and he is following the previous hits 'Call On Me' (2004), 'Proper Education' (2007) and 'Pjanoo' (2008). 'Niton (The Reason)' features remixes from Sigma, PRYDA, Treasure Fingers, Boy 8 Bit and of course the Club Mix of the vocal version, it looks set to follow his previous chart smashes. It was released today through Ministry of Sound Recordings and you can buy it on itunes. The Official Music Video was created by Immersive, who will also be doing visuals for Eric on his 2011 tour.
